Virtual Currency & Purchases Policy

1) Koru Coins & Virtual Items
- Koru Coins and any virtual items/features are for in-game/website use only.
- They have no real-world monetary value, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or other value, except where required by New Zealand law.
- You may not sell, transfer, gift, or trade Koru Coins/virtual items outside the services unless we explicitly allow it.
2) Pricing, Packs & What You Receive
Prices are shown at checkout and may include GST where applicable. Each pack page/checkout screen describes what is included (e.g., Koru Coins and any bonus items). We may change pricing, pack contents, or availability at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
3) Billing & Payment Providers
Payments may be processed by third-party providers (for example, app stores or payment processors). Your purchase may be subject to the provider’s terms (including authentication steps and their refund rules). If a purchase is made through an app store, refunds are generally handled by that store.
4) Delivery & Issues
Virtual items are usually delivered immediately after payment confirmation. If items are missing or delayed, contact us with your account identifier and receipt/transaction details at contact@arcadespinhub.com. We may request supporting evidence and will work to confirm delivery.
5) Cancellations & Refunds
- Because virtual items are typically delivered instantly, purchases are generally final once delivered/credited.
- We may provide a refund, reversal, or account credit in limited cases (e.g., duplicate charges, failed delivery, fraud, or other exceptional circumstances), or where required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or other applicable NZ law.
- Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method where possible. Promotional/bonus items may be removed if a refund is granted.
6) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may temporarily restrict your account while we investigate. If a dispute is resolved against you, we may remove Koru Coins/virtual items associated with the disputed purchase and/or suspend or terminate access for misuse, subject to our other policies and applicable law.
7) Eligibility (21+)
Purchases are permitted only for users aged 21 years or older. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement and are authorised to use the payment method.
