2) Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Keep your login details secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or disable accounts used in breach of these Terms.

3) Entertainment-only; no real-money gambling; no prizes

The Service provides simulated arcade-style gameplay for entertainment purposes only. No real-money gambling is offered or permitted. Any in-game coins, points, credits, or items are virtual, have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and do not represent property. The Service does not award prizes of real-world value.

4) Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/scripts, or manipulate gameplay or systems.
• Access or probe the Service unlawfully, disrupt it, or bypass security.
• Harass others, post unlawful content, or infringe third-party rights.
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5) Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including software, visuals, text, logos, and game content. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

6) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.

7) Disputes and governing law

If you have a complaint, contact us and we’ll try to resolve it promptly. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts (and, where applicable, the Disputes Tribunal).

8) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, for security reasons, or to comply with law. Sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability, disputes) will continue after termination.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
