Age Verification Policy

1) 21+ requirement

Our services are intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to access, register for, or use ArcadeSpinHub.com. If the legal minimum age where you are located is higher, you must meet that higher age.

2) Age-gate process

• Entry age-gate: you may be asked to confirm you are 21+ before viewing age-restricted areas.
• Account creation: we require date of birth and an 21+ confirmation (self-declaration).
• Ongoing checks: we may re-check age if risk signals arise (for example, inconsistent details or complaints).

3) Verification methods (self-declaration + checks)

We use a combination of methods, depending on risk and what is reasonable:

• Self-declaration during sign-up (21+ confirmation and date of birth).
• Data consistency checks (for example, comparing profile details across sessions).
• Manual review requests (for example, asking for proof of age such as a government ID) where appropriate.
• Electronic/third-party verification may be used where available (for example, to validate identity or age), subject to our Privacy Policy.

4) Suspected underage users

• We may restrict access, suspend features, or place the account on hold while we assess age.
• If we cannot confirm you are 21+, we will deny access and may close the account.
• We encourage parents/guardians to contact us if they believe a minor has used our services.

5) Account closure and data handling for underage attempts

If we determine (or reasonably suspect) an account is associated with someone under 21, we will take steps that may include account closure, removal of access, and limiting future registrations from the same identifiers/devices where appropriate. We handle personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020:

• We aim to minimise what we collect, use it only for verification/safety/legal purposes, and retain it only as long as necessary.
• We may retain limited records (for example, audit/security logs) to prevent repeat attempts, manage disputes, and meet legal obligations.

6) Marketing and ads (avoiding minors)

• We do not knowingly market to people under 21.
• Where advertising tools allow, we apply age-gating and audience controls (21+), and avoid placements primarily directed at minors.
• We do not intentionally use creatives, language, or imagery designed to appeal to minors.
